The following tasks should be completed on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis:

Daily

  • Prior to cleaning the Reflect, toggle the power switch on the underside of the device or unplug it from the outlet.
  • Gently clean the mirror surface with a soft cloth and a qualifying screen cleaner. Avoid using cleaning solutions that contain ammonia, chlorine, or alcohol as they can damage the electrical components.
  • Do not directly spray cleaning solution on the Reflect.
  • Regularly update the firmware and app on your device to maximize its performance.
  • Inspect the plug for damage before each use. If any damage is found, contact customer service for a replacement (number provided).

Weekly

  • Verify that your wifi router is functioning correctly.
  • Test the wifi speed to ensure smooth streaming of Reflect content (25Mbps is required for optimal performance).

By adhering to this maintenance schedule, you can ensure the longevity and safety of your Reflect, allowing you to enjoy many successful听workout听sessions.听For additional information, please refer to the instruction manual.
